Hello Chakib,
What encoding are you looking to add? 2006.2 will include Japanese and 2
different Chinese encodings, plus base64 support.
Bye for now,

I figured that wasn't the issue since I was able to get into her inbox
without a problem. Are there any requirements on the client side that
she might be missing?

I would go directly to the server and try Imail Client . Look the domain
and user. See if you can access her inbox.
Or
Go back a day or two on your backups. Save the current inbox file to a new
file. Restore an old file. Re try to see the inbox. See if you can see the
rename file for inbox
Delete the inbox.xml file and try hitting the INBOX again via the web
interface.

Good Tuesday Morning,
I can't get the WorkGroup Share Service to start. I'm using ICS2006.1 on a

I am about to upgrade from 7.15 to 2006.1on a win2k server.
The plan is to make a copy of the Imail directory and the Imail registry key
before the upgrade. I have the 7.15 installation files in case of an
emergency that requires me to revert back.
I am not changing host names or servers, or IP
You should be good to go Sharyn.
You may want to run convert.exe after the upgrade restart just to make sure.

If this behavior is by design, does anyone know

How would OpenLDAP know that you've added a user to the SAM?

I would have assumed that Imail would have added it into the new user

As it stands, LDAP is really no more than a bundled service with one

Curious as to what people are using for fax to email. We are currently
using a service, but are considering changing to something hosted internally
to cut down on costs. Any thoughts or suggestions - good or bad - would be

Hi,
Next week I'm going to order our new mailserver. When will 2006.2 be released?
Before Christmas or should I just install 2006.1 with the .Net 1.1 and then
later on upgrade to 2006.2 with .net 2.0?

Hi,
We're moved the whole data from IMail from the default website to a real
website. Btw, i don't have any idea, why Ipswitch uses the default website.
I'm asking, why we need these virtual domains Iclient and Iadmin. In fact,
they are folders, which can be accessed directly.
Any idea?
