unusual that I can see in the logs.
Any tips? I'd really appreciate it, since it's actually in production now. :\

If it's query-able it needs 53 tcp/udp open? I think you mean it needs
53/udp open. The only reason it would need 53/tcp open, is if you were
doing a zone transfer (such as a secondary NS would do), or a handful of
other situations.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Running current Imail with Ron's HKSI KWM

No, of course not. It'll be downloaded via standard http, and opened on the
client, just like any normal attachment.
You can use the rules.ima files to block anything you'd like to block.

Whoops .. pay attention Jon. I forgot to give you an example of a tcp port
forwarding application. Rinetd is always a sure bet, available on win32 or nix.

Your configuration line would look something like:
1.2.3.4 80 1.2.3.4 8383

There are, however, several tcp port forwarding solutions. Set it up to
listen on 80, and forward tcp requests to 8383, for example.

Is there a way to make Web Messaging listen on both port 80 and 8383?
no, it can only listen on one port.

Did you have the control panel CLOSED when you re-installed the current
version? Also, when you ran the patch?
Make absolutely sure of this.

an API call.
2) Create a simple script with netsh (since you said it was win2k), and
drop them in that way.
Number 2 would be the simplest solution. Feel free to contact me off-list
