Is there an easy way to determine the version/hotfix level you are at with Imail 8.x. In the admin tool it will show you that you are at which major/minor version i.e. 8.15 - but than it has a string of numbers (date stamp) and I am trying to correlate that to verify which hotfixes are

I think this may be a known issue with Declude - there was an option in the newer version to reset WINSOCK. I beleive the command was WINSOCKCLEANUP ON in the declude.cfg file. FWIW - I would probably contact Declude support to make sure. Darrell

URI filtering is very effective at stopping these kinds of spams (assuming the domain is listed). SURBL/URIBL tend to grab on to these fairly quickly. URI blacklists are designed to catch this kind of stuff since it focuses on the spamvertised link / image. Darrell

Nika, Spam patterns change all the time. You have to tweak and monitor the incoming spam to stay up on blocking it. I can't speculate on your configuration, but I can say that we have to tweak our settings to stay on top of our game...
