I'm implementing a backup solution using Backup Exec 8.6 (Remote Agent) and
have 2 questions about Backup Exec's open file options.
1)
BE's interface gives me...
A checkbox for Use Open File Option if available, otherwise back up open
files:
4 radio buttons:
-Never
-With a lock
-Without a lock
We had never Problems with this setup.
Also...I'm assuming I can't verify after backups since it's
almost certain
that mailboxes will have changed during the backup process. Correct?
You can verify, because BE does not a compare to the real files, instead
it reads
