Hi all,
Recently when I upgraded to Imail 8.15, it seems to have reset the option in
Webmail to include attachments when forwarding an email. By default this
option is disabled.
Now, when we configure forwarding on an account, it will not include the
attachment unless the user logs in to Webmail
I have a user that says they can't forward attachments when they are logged
onto the webmail.
Any suggestions?

Knowledge Base/FAQ:
Have the user check preferences in web messaging, there is a setting in
there to include attachments when forwarding.

thoughts?

forward to another local user in HTML message format. Never received and
logs show a NUL.
Convert Outlook Express to plain text, forward again, and the message and
attachment forwards just fine, and is received.

We have also had some issues that simply sending a message in html
format (without any attachments) in html format instead of plain
text also causes a NUL in delivery.
Okay, what rule do you have that could be catching HTML tags?
