Does anyone know how Imail/Declude/Sniffer/IMGate handle JMIME
segments? If they get converted to MIME you lose the
characters set and the whole message shows up

The Declude programs will not alter Japanese MIME segments in any way. I
would also expect that Sniffer, IMGate,
