[IMail Forum] Local delivery problems

We had to suspend a customers account due to non payment. Imail 2006 we
stopped IIS webmail site and Pop3. During that time the logs reflected 
 SMTP (fbd100dd0000c77b) ERR hosteddomain.com not local dsaraf from
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]  Once these services were restored mail
was able to be delivered. We are using ODBC connection. Anyone seen this
behavior before?
