Why it that when someone asks for a return receipt the message just sits in
the out box?
This happens with both Outlook Outlook Express.

I received an email
from a user that the return receipts that are being sent to someone that is
requesting them are coming back from a blank sender. He is hesitant to open a
message that he is not sure who the sender is. I don't see anything to change in
iMail. I also searched the knowledge

All versions of IMail support client side RR and have since
something like V2.6. IMail V5.0x added Server Side RRs.

Hi,
Is there any way to get a sort of return receipt when using web interface?
I mean, am I sure that "Message sent" means that message has actually been delivered?

Does Imail 5.x support return receipt??? I thought it did. Doesn't for
me or is there something I'm missing??

I am having trouble consistently getting "Return Receipts". This
applies only to local users. I realize that not all email systems have
this capability.
Besides unchecking "Refuse NULL Senders" what am I missing?
