Hello, I know this isn't the KWM list but I subscribed there and haven't ever seen any messages (just tried subscribing again) and I know many admins here are running KWM.
We just bought KWM and installed v. 1.52 on our Imail 6.06. Everything works great with our domains that are registry based but we're having a problem with SQL 7 based domains. When a user logs on to the ODBC domain, we see the frames of the main page (without content) for just a second then it goes to an entire page that displays the background of the left side nav with the labels "folders" and "refresh" with 2 broken image links. The url displayed is this: http://mail.ourODBCdomainwithfixedIP.com:8383/X31dd9b99939a9e999ec8ebfbf477/ chgfwd.17446.cgi?uid=user If we hit refresh or the back button 5 or 6 times we can sometimes get the page to display correctly. Talked with KWM support and they are working on it, but nothing so far. My first idea was that ODBC was too slow for KWM BUT: It's worked fine with our Imail for 2.5 years, the user does get authenticated and our processors are running generally under 10% with Imail and SQL on separate boxes that have Xeon 600+ processors 1.5-2G RAM and RAID 5 SCSI 160 Drives connected with Intel Pro 100s on a Cisco 2924. These SQL views only have about 2000 records. My other idea: Could it have something to do with the user preferences that we are setting on our SQL view? Any help greatly appreciated.
