2. backup the entire registry (oldserver)
3. export the imail branch to file (oldserver)
4. install imail 7.05 on (new server)
5. upgrade imail 7.05 on (new server) to 7.10

want to cut any corners. Make sure you are running the EXACT same version of
Imail on both servers. I would also contact Ipswitch and get the full
install of 8.03 and save some work of
