The information below only applies to the DNS Client that runs by default on all W2K and WinXP machines. We disable this service on all machines (servers and client computers) as it only causes problems. For those running MS DNS Server, the registry change you want to make is under: Hive:

If you are talking IMail 8.xx, then yes, I would agree. We do disable DNS Cache in the IMail administrator under Services\Queue Manager. is that caching inside of Imail or in the Windows resolver? Len _
