There is probably a way to do this if you use the Imail Database ( registry) you might 
be able to change the right key to all users.
I just check it and you need to assign the Flags key in each user to 1080 Hex the will 
meen  User Cannot modify LDAP and Alow web access. 
Not that this Reg value is a bitmap and if you modify it you might change other 
options change it only to user you realy want to assign this value.

I am running IMail ver 8.11 in a school environment. We have over 4000 users. I was 
wondering if there is an easy way to DISABLE THE MODIFY LDAP SETTINGS globally, or do 
I have to check each box separately?
 
Please help me out, this will save alot of mouse clicking.
