I apolgize to this group if my question seemed inappropriate. I did not make it clear that I want to decode IMail passwords. I certainly do *NOT* want to decode NT user passwords.
I was hoping to get the E-Mail passwords which I myself issued to my employees. I am not attempting to hack NT user passwords or break into servers. Either way, thanks to Don Weber, I found what I was looking for: ExtractUsers, which is listed on Ipswitch's utilities page, and which restricts itself to IMail accounts.
