Is there a reason why IMail only allow one SPAM filteration. Eg. by ip or user or
hosts. Can't the mail-administrator have all of them in place eg deny certain ip and
still authenticate by user and hosts. Use to have this option when I was
administrating Exchange 5.5 server.

It only allows one of the several relay options. The only useful
choice for public Imail servers is relay for addresses
