Hmm - so the address DID appear in users.txt alone - without the user's name? The address wasn't in the users.txt, only in users.lst. Lars. Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.

users not in both files cannot unsubscribe themselves 1. Ok, so what happens to users that are added via the web interface to List Manager? They are only added to the USERS.LST, does that mean they can't unsubscribe? I've tested this once and could (apparently) unsubscribe. Have I missed
