Hi,

The problem is ineptness on the part of Ipswitch to 1) handle tech
support adequately, 2) Peddling upgrades with more problems than earlier
versions and 3) a general lack of responsive to the needs of the
customer.

This list hasn't solved any of those issues, only work arounds.  Now
that is good, but it would be better is Ipswitch could have some
resolution to 1, 2 and 3.

The list can't solve those issues.

I have an un-resolved issue from 7 months ago, still an open ticket with
them as far as I'm concerned...so, I work around it, but it's not fixed.
