Hi everyone,
I'm getting a weird error now that I've updated to 7.04 (which, by the way,
doesn't appear to fix the IMAP issue entirely!), and now twice since then,
I've had everything fail and the services go down, and it just stuffed mail
in the queue. The logs showed:
20011004 081816 TCP
Hey everyone,
Anyone heard anything on when the damn IMAP will be fixed? We *had* most of
the people in our company on IMAP, but when they have to guess if the
message will be available via web messaging or if they can get it via their
client, most are moving over to POP. We may just say screw
on 9/5 saying they were aware
of the IMAP
issues and were working on getting them corrected. No
indication of when a
fix will be available. It can't be soon enough.

YES!! I am having the exact same problem with 7.03!! Also, messages will be
in their inbox on the web mail interface, but they wont show up in IMAP.
Ipswitch...please fix this! I'm almost afraid to apply patches nowadays,
because they seem to seriously break something new every time!
Hey gang,
I'm having a weird problem with attachments. Whenever someone tries to send
an attachment from webmail, it does one of two things:
1) it just won't attach, you browse the file, click 'attach', and it just
dissappears.
2) you attach the file, it attaches okay, then when you send it,
Hi gang,
I'm a little confused by this one.
Okay, we used to have one company (we'll call company X). It's running
Imail 6.04 on an old licence. We formed a new company for our upgraded
ventures, etc, and it's now running Imail 7.02 (as I'm sure you've seen)
:). Now, Company X's mail server
are the same one the new server as the old one
then i
would create alias on the new servers domain for the old one. then point
the
mx record for the old domain to the new server.

Hi everyone,
Ipswitch support seems to be unable to help me here (they gave me the
standard canned responses), so I figured I'd try here.
We were running IMail 6.06, and last night, I upgraded our mail server to
7.02 (I'm glad we waited for a while after 7.00 came out...). Anyways,
everything
Oh, in case it matters, I'm running Windows 2000 Server, with IIS5 on the
same machine. I've tried disabling all aspects of IIS5 at the same time, to
no avail. :)

Hey, thanks for letting me know this. :) It works *great* in non-SSL mode.
However, in SSL mode, every single page comes up with a couple This
contains both secure and non-secure items message. Anyone have any ideas
on how to get rid of it? :)
