I've been trying all morning to get the list server to work, unfortunately I
have not been successful. Here's my current setup info:
-IMail is set to "Relay mail for Addresses". I have the address of our
server in the "Addresses" section as well as the IP address for the client
which wants to

then only the moderator (owner) can post messages to the list NOT local
administrator.
Make sure you have a valid owner for that list and then try again from
that account.

Just checked IIS, says Default SMTP Virtual Server (Stopped). I tried to
start it, but got message "The service did not respond in a timely fashion,
check the event viewer". I'm new to IIS, should the SMTP server be
running...I figured IMail would handle that.
