I have a client using the list server. They currently have about 10 list
servers that are working perfectly, but the last one they created has not
worked from the start.
This list has approxiamtely 1000 names. A few people on the list who are
served by our DNS can get their mail, but the overwhelming majority of
recipients on the list don't get anything. We've scoured the KB for
information and made a couple recommended changes, but so far nothing has
worked.
Could the file used for the list have some bad format characters in it? Do
extra spaces have an impact? It seems like a configuration problem somehwere
but we can't find it. We need a fresh set of eyes on this problem.
