So did we determine that there really isn't a way to tell who reported you
as spam on aol if you use the IMail list thingie? Is the only thing that
those notifications is good for is to know how often you are being reported?

I've got the advantage of customer ticket and/or order numbers in ours.
9 out of 10 times, the TOS notification got kicked back automatically by
the user's anti-spam config which is normally uber-strict. Maybe
there's something similar you could tack into yours?

Outlook Express and Eudora). I have noticed though that when I view
them within Imail Web interface, they dont show up.. Just the

Since they now also strip out all headers (they used to leave headers intact
so we used Declude's customer header ability to note the intended
recipient), the best thing to do is include an unsub link that has a unique
identifier for the particular user. Not sure if your mailing list
