Looks like that's old text; it might have been referring to what is now called JMAP Push, which is part of the core spec: https://jmap.io/spec-core.html#push It's still not implemented in 3.4, regardless. JMAP Push will be in 3.6, when that's released, so I'd better make sure the 3.6 version
