It should be the day after the Beta is released.
We missed next week's 'early' date, so the next target is a week from
next tuesday.
Note though that
You ask this almost every release cycle and the answer is always the same.
Freezes lift 2 to 3 days after the particular release happens. So when the
beta is in a release state and passed all release readiness checks, the
release will happen on a Tuesday after that. The freeze will end soon after.
