Although this was a couple months ago, I was able to use marketplace to install
ivyDE into eclipse 4.10.
Maybe something broke in marketplace?

This was my experience also. I would guess that if you do a manual install it
would probably work. Hopeful speculation, but I would guess that somebody

I haven't tried installing via the MarketPlace, but the Eclipse update worked
for me -- great work! Only thing left to do is update the web page
