Do the steps following.
1. Delete the folders tmp, log, work present in the path
C:\jboss-4.0.4\server\MOB_SERVER.
2. Start the JBoss Server in the command prompt as
run.sh -c MOB_SERVER
Note: While starting the JBoss AS, it will create tmp, work and log
directories.
3. See the log

From the Error log, I guess that,
There is no such class called TimerBean inside the TimerBean.jar file.
see the structure of the TimerBean.jar file and post the structure. And, also
the ejb-jar.xml file content.
For the netbanking.war error,
There is no class file called EntryServlet

Did you look at what you posted? Especially these lines:

Try to do the following.
Lets assume, you are running the Default server configuration of JBoss AS.
1. Remove the folders tmp, log, work from JBOSS_HOME/server/default/
location.
2. Start the server.

bt there is no folder as JBOSS_HOME/server/default/location from where i can
delete tmp ,log and work.i hv these folder in JBOSS_HOME/server/default

1.C:\jboss-4.0.4\server\MOB_SERVER n MOB_SERVER is the name of my jboss instance
2.to run jboss i go to cmd screeen den C:\jboss-4.0.4\bin\run -d MOB_SERVER
3 but wen i run it,it says not deployed the jar files so i wanted to see the
log file to check the detail bt still its nt changing
