While trying to create a new To-do KOrganizer does not allow changing to an AM
time for Start/Due time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click "New To-do".
2. Deselect "All Day"
3. Try to set time to AM.
The above steps are valid if current time is in PM. Yet to try out what happens
when the current time is AM.
