Baloo does need more work to deal well with emails :-/
It can handle message/rfc822 format messages (where there is one msg per file)

I tried everything. I tried to use KDE GUI and console app. Button Pause

If "baloosearch" doesn't give you any answers, that is Baloo has not indexed
your "steam" folder ...
... But Dolphin thinks it has
