            Bug ID: 358256
Summary: Un-intuitive git commit dialog when deselecting files
           Product: kdevplatform
           Version: 4.90.90
          Platform: Debian unstable
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: git
          Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: pej...@gmail.com

I have a directory with several modified files. I left-click on the directory
and select git->commit.
I enter a commit message and then un-selects some files that I don't want to
commit with this message.
Then a select commit.

Now I get a confirmation-dialog to commit ALL files, even the ones I
unselected.
If I select continue ALL files get commited.
If I select cancel I get a dialog to commit only the selected files, which is
what I want.

I have several times commited the wrong files due to this behaviour. Kdevelop 4
behaved correctly.

Reproducible: Always
