window config dialog
SUMMARY
Missing option to be able to selected position and location size for the
window. I am seeing this in Blender and also Kate.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Blender or Kate
2. rick-click on titlebar -> More Action -> Config Special Window
