            Bug ID: 484554
Summary: Windows tile with incorrect display dimensions.
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: kwin
           Version: 6.0.2
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
               URL: https://discuss.kde.org/t/windows-quick-tile-below-bot
                    tom-display-border/13061?u=rokejulianlockhart
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Quick Tiling
          Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: 4wy78...@rokejulianlockhart.addy.io
  Target Milestone: ---
             Flags: performance-, Wayland+, Intel-, NVIDIA-

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I don't know how to reproduce this.

OBSERVED RESULT
Windows sometimes tile beneath the taskbar, but solely when in full-width
bottom format. Additionally, sometimes Windows tile as if my screen is 1.5 x
larger than it is, but solely to the right. The former occurs on a new
installation of cpe:/o:fedoraproject:fedora:40, whereas the latters occured
last on cpe:/o:opensuse:tumbleweed:20240320 (but still Plasma 6.0.2). This
started after the update to Plasma 6, to my knowledge.

EXPECTED RESULT
They should obviously respect the dimensions of the display, and factor in
plasmashell.
