STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to System Settings, Workspace Behaviour, Desktop Effects
2. Scroll up and down the list of effects

OBSERVED RESULT
Capitalisation of desktop effect names is inconsistent.

Capitalisation of desktop effect names is consistent.
