Update: If I close kmail with the close button, the toolbar is hidden at the
next launch, but not if I close it with the CTRL-Q shortcut. In both case, I
miss the statusbar and I can't find how to restore it.

Another thing that I didn't noticed before, is that the status bar is vanished
and I can't find how to make it visible again.

Now, every time I start it, it crashes before showing any window. There isn't
