Same problem here, same rpm, kmail version 1.11.2. I am updating rpms one in a
while and I see this problem since a number of weeks now.
Also I cannot start kmail within kontact.

I still have the problem here in the most up to date suse rpms for KDE 4.2.2 /
kmail 1.11.2. Same issue with duplicated key bindings.

important point probably: the issue only appears in the seperate email window
(which opens when double clicking on an email). In the embedded email view it
works as expected.
