I tried installing your fixed kernel.
Unfortunately that did not fix the "incomplete report noise" and it even made
responsiveness worse.
As opposed to the cursor just jumping around occasionally, this kernel made the

Did you install haveged "BEFORE" you attempted update to kernel #24 ?
Is you SSD a Western Digital, may I ask ?
Perhaps haveged is a solution but does not sound like a particularly
good one. How is one supposed to know that they have to do this ?
