Since 22.04 the mouse movement on my external monitor feels laggy,

it is built after module-inclusion is processed, and installed directly
into the linux-modules package
however, it depends on modules that are split into modules-extras, thus
it should be shipped in the modules-extras package.
To reproduce this issue, the following can be done:
1. Create a jammy autopkgtest image via: autopkgtest-buildvm-cloud-ubuntu -r
jammy

Laptop
On my laptop
5.13 -> always suspends/resume correctly (battery and power)
5.15 -> always fails to resume (battery and power)
fwupdate doesn't report any update available.
