I am using Ubuntu 16.04 Beta Final, with all available updates installed
(21-04-2016) and this bug occurs repeatedly with my Dell Latitude 3450
(core i7-5500U, 8GB RAM, Nvidia 830m, Wireless 7265).
This bug occurred with kernel:
* 4.4.0-18.34
* 4.4.0-21.37
the occurrence of this bug has
Using the driver from https://github.com/neurobin/MT7630E on my ASUS S301LP

Wifi is ok but bluetooth is not working.
When trying to bring the bluetooth device up, I get this error:
sudo hciconfig hci0 up
Can't init device hci0: Invalid request code (56)
I failed to mention that I also had linux-image-extra-3.19.0-26-generic
and linux-headers-3.19.0-26 from vivid-proposed, but it is probably not
relevant:
$ uname -r
3.19.0-26-generic
$ apt-cache policy linux-image-extra-3.19.0-26
linux-image-extra-3.19.0-26-generic:
Installed: 3.19.0-26.27
I tested linux-image-3.19.0-26-generic from vivid-proposed and it works
as expected. I can't reproduce the kernel crashes with it.
Now, I'd love to see a version available for trusty (in trusty-
proposed?) as well, as linux-generic-lts-vivid.
