I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 and updated from kinetic to lunar with "do-
release-upgrade -d".

[Expected behavior]
After switching off and on the wifi carrier I can still connect to my Raspi via 
ssh.

[Observed behavior]
After switching off and on the wifi carrier I can neither connect nor ping the 
Raspi. Neither on wlan0, nor on eth0. It looks like the device is stuck.

Checking the timestamps of the logs is showing, that logging is stopped
when the wifi carrier is on again.
