Hi, I've installed Ubuntu-Gnome 16.04 yesterday on my HP-ProDesk-PC, dual boot with Windows 10. This computer has four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. Same problem here with Ubuntu partition, not in Windows 10 partition. My external Toshiba HDD seems to have power, it is rotating and blinki
