Title:
  [v4.13,mlx5_core] Oops: 0000 [#1] SMP PTI

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  PowerEdge R730
  4.13.0-26-generic #29~16.04.2-Ubuntu
  mlx5_core firmware version: 14.20.1820

  kernel trace: https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/26529021/

Issue happened when I issued "reboot" command. Other nodes with same
specifications and software versions didn't hit this bug.

A new "reboot" on the node that panic'ed didn't hit the bug.

I've set "pti=off" on all of them for now.
