That's not a bug, that message is normal. But the fact that nothing else
has replaced it on screen is a bug...
Try restarting in recovery mode, uninstalling those packages you just
installed and then try a different more stable kernel like:
If you have any problems booting Ubuntu 20.10 or making bootable USB
sticks, then it would be best to not discuss those here.

Title:
I tried installing those packages in my system. But the issue was not
solved. So, I decided to boot with 20.10 once and check then. But when I
boot with the 20.10 usb, it's shown that error. Please let me know the
issue with that thing.

The instructions in comment #16 don't require making a bootable disk or
20.10. You just install those packages in your 20.04 system.

You can check the attachment here to find the error.
I downloaded the 20.10 image and made it bootable with the startup disk
creator in 20.04.
Please show me the solution to boot from

I checked with 1920x1080p screen and it is very fine. Abled to display the
resolution. But why it is unable for the 1440x900p.
My monitor is LG-20MP48HB-BB model. I tried with dell FHD mintor at which
it worked fine.
Why the 20.04 LTS is unable to display the desired resolution?
It worked when
I wasn't asking you to upgrade, only to try booting from USB
temporarily. Or follow the instructions in comment #6.

Now I am using the 20.04 LTS Version. I don't want to upgrade to the
20.10.
My VGA Cable is working fine. There was no issue when I used 14.04 and
16.04, in which it was abled to display the 1440x900 resolution.
I came across many who faced the same issue with the 20.04 version. But
none found
Or even simpler, just try booting Ubuntu 20.10 from USB and tell us if
it has the same problem:
