On 22.04 my Dell XPS 9510 is not properly suspending and shows a high
battery drain (as if it was switched on). This happens both when closing
the lid and clicking on suspend on the OS.

Firmware, OS and kernel are all up to date.

I did not have issues with 20.04/21.10 and the respective default
kernels.
