Hi Matthew, I appreciate your help. I try to repair this problem. First, I diagnostic from the BIOS but it doesn't work. Second, I try to unplug my wireless mouse then reboot the laptop more than five times. The memory allocation looks good. Maybe the bug comes from the bios. Do you have any
