This certainly effected my use of kubuntu-desktop. As far as I know,
kubuntu requires X11 so I can't believe that it can be ignored.

mantic on raspberry5: x and/or lightdm problems
Reassigning to xorg-server initially.
Ubuntu doesn't have gldriver-test to enable xorg desktops to work on a
raspi5.
So is there an equivalent package for Ubuntu or should gldriver-test be
added to the ubuntu repo?
