As per your comment on #2, I have updated the kernel parameter:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_dc=0
intel_idle.max_cstate=2"
Also ran "sudo update-grub" after that.
Hope this will fix it. Will observe for the next 2-3 days.

Screen flickers after
I am also facing the same issue happening occasionally. Initially, I
thought it was a hardware error, but the time when this started and the
update to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS coincided with each other.
Please let me know any steps to confirm or any potential solution to the
problem.

i915.enable_dc=0 intel_idle.max_cstate=2
and see if this fixes your flickering?
