Tested kernel 4.8.0-040800-generic and the bug remains.
Despite having kernel parameter usbhid.mousepoll=1 I only get mouse
events at precisely 125Hz.

Ralink rt5390 unstable
Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 16.04.1 with all updates. Default kernel, default driver, and
default NetworkManager setup. Wifi connection drops often and/or became
slow. I tried disabling NetworkManager and installing Wicd for network
management. All working ok since then.
