The error occours because you are trying to build a dkms module for zfs version
2.1.5 which only supports kernels up to version 5.18.x.
So there are some incompatabilities with your kernel because it's much newer
causing the build to fail.
The only zfs version that supports kernel 6.7.x is zfs

When activating the autotrim feature on any ZFS version starting from
2.2.0 this will lead to a permanent increase of the load average (as
diplayed in top) due to an uninterruptible vdev_autotrim thread for each
vdev capable of TRIM.

As mentioned in the last comment, the fix is only a cherry-pick so the version
will go from 2.1.5-1ubuntu6~22.04.2 to 2.1.5-1ubuntu6~22.04.3 because upgrading
to 2.1.14 would bear the risk that other bugs might get fixed, too.
Regarding the release date: for mantic it took about 7 days
Verification done for jammy-proposed.
TEST CASE:
I did test the -proposed package on a clean install of jammy (without the HWE
kernel) and a test pool.

I have to agree with FL140, it is absolutely shocking that there is not even a
sign of activity here.
Not only is the bug still present in Mantic but also in Jammy (22.04 LTS) which
is the current long-term-support release and supposed to be used in server
environments.
