OK, I solved it. Needed to install also linux-image-extra since this
seems to contain all those drivers.
so in this case linux-image-extra-4.13.0-37-generic
Still stange that this got somehow "lost" during kernel update

Also affects me since update to 4.13.0-32.
Still using 4.13.0-31 (latest working)
I have missed 33-36, but since the problem is still there in 37 I fear
it's persistent.
Using a lenovo X230.
Added the output of lshw for both kernels. It is well visible that
several drivers are missing in 37.
