Job Responsibilities will include: Provide technical leadership for the CAPM / PAM BIS online services with an emphasis on LightSpeed, Mobility, and Middleware interfaces; Document technical requirements and programming solutions; Create Application Designs and Application Interface Designs for projects using the IT UP process; Plan for ongoing enhancements to the CAPM / PAM BIS processes to reduce maintenance costs and improve system performance and resiliency. Required Skills: Excellent Communication and Organization Skills; Expert experience in Application Design / Architecture; Intermediate experience in Java, EJB, J2EE, SQL, UNIX shell scripting, C. Desired Skills: Intermediate experience in RAD, JMS, JDBC, Junit Testing, STRUTS, WebSphere, XML; IT UP software development process.
