Location: Sanjose , CA Rate: Open Job Description: EAD Environment Manager (Sr Program Manager) Role Rationale The role of an environment manager is a critical role for the E2E Connected Services program that Enterprise Application Development (EAD) Group is driving. It is this role that allow us to build a bridge between numerous and varied requests for environments, with the commitments that we make to have these environments ready. In addition, this role will ensure that the environments are healthy, and operational. Access to critical resources In order for this role to be successful, it will be necessary for them to have access to critical resources, in a very timely fashion. We expect this role to engage with the directors and managers of different Functional Groups in EAD, as well as with managers and Directors across the Intuit IT departments. Skills, Background, and Experience This role will demand an individual who is very organized, is self-motivated, and can navigate across several organizations, in each, capturing the conversations, and producing more and more clarity for the program. In order to do this, we would expect to assign or hire someone who has strong Project Management skills, combined with a working knowledge of Enterprise Applications, and technical acumen. This individual should be able to say that they’ve done this type of work before, and that they have a proven track record of successes with complex projects, and working with multiple stake-holders.
