*Requirement:* * Title: **Technical Analyst* *Location: NYC* *Duration: 9 months* *Description: * The Division of Finance & Planning provides the entire Agency with a performance reporting platform which is being replaced. In phase one of this project, scheduled to go into production in September, 2011, all functionality of the existing system will be provided in the new target platform: SharePoint / Performance Point. The selected candidate will work closely with a project manager from finance to analyze existing functionality, meet with users at various levels to uncover additional needs, and define a solution using the intended platform/tools. Business and technical documentation will be created in order to drill down into an implementation plan.
