Required MySQL Developer

This is sampath from Maxil Technology . Please let me know if you
have profiles for the following requirement .
Experience: 8+ years
Duration: Until 12/31/2010 – with possible extension
“Client is looking for a senior / lead Database Developer who has extensive
experience using MySQL. Should have experience with Query Optimization,
Performance Tuning and Monitoring, backend scripting and development,
database design, schema etc.”. Their primary O/s is Linux – someone with
Unix would also work.
Imp Note: The description / requirement sounds like a DBA but it is not a
DBA that they need – heavy MySQL design and development only. Java is not a
must at all. (if someone has OOD concepts including Java / C++ etc) is a
huge plus but the client will consider resume without Java background as
well..
